Tóm tắt ngắn
PhotoCleaner là ứng dụng tìm ảnh trùng, ảnh tương tự, screenshot và video lớn trong thư viện của bạn. Ứng dụng không có tài khoản và chúng tôi — nhà phát triển — không thu thập, không nhận và không lưu trữ ảnh hay dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn trên máy chủ. Mọi lần quét chạy trên thiết bị của bạn; ảnh không tải lên bất kỳ máy chủ nào. Bản miễn phí hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google AdMob, và Google có thể thu thập mã quảng cáo cùng dữ liệu thiết bị như mô tả ở mục Quảng cáo bên dưới.
Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Không có — nhà phát triển không trực tiếp thu thập dữ liệu nào. Ứng dụng có:
- Quyền đọc ảnh và video: chỉ dùng để quét thư viện trên máy và hiển thị thumbnail cho bạn xem trước khi xóa. Ảnh không rời khỏi thiết bị vì tính năng này.
- Không có cơ sở dữ liệu người dùng, không có tài khoản, không có máy chủ riêng của nhà phát triển nhận dữ liệu từ app.
Quảng cáo (Google AdMob)
Bản miễn phí hiển thị banner quảng cáo ở màn kết quả, do Google AdMob cung cấp. Google, với vai trò nhà cung cấp quảng cáo, có thể thu thập và xử lý: mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID), thông tin thiết bị, địa chỉ IP rút gọn, và dữ liệu tương tác với quảng cáo, để phân phối và đo lường quảng cáo theo chính sách của Google. Bạn có thể tắt cá nhân hóa quảng cáo trong Cài đặt của thiết bị (Google > Quảng cáo > Xóa mã quảng cáo / Tắt cá nhân hóa quảng cáo) và quản lý sự đồng ý quảng cáo theo khu vực khi app hiển thị hộp thoại đồng ý. Chính sách của Google AdMob áp dụng cho phần dữ liệu này; nhà phát triển không kiểm soát và không nhận được ảnh của bạn qua AdMob.
Xóa vĩnh viễn và thùng rác
“Đưa vào thùng rác” chuyển mục vào thùng rác hệ thống của Android, nơi bạn khôi phục được trong thời gian hệ thống còn giữ. “Xóa vĩnh viễn” xóa mục khỏi thiết bị sau hai lần xác nhận (của app và của Android) và không khôi phục được. App không hứa khôi phục ảnh đã xóa vĩnh viễn, và không giữ bản sao nào để khôi phục giúp bạn.
Quyền của bạn và xóa dữ liệu
Vì nhà phát triển không giữ dữ liệu nào của bạn trên máy chủ, không có dữ liệu máy chủ nào để xóa theo yêu cầu. Dữ liệu trên máy (kết quả quét trong phiên) chỉ tồn tại trong app và biến mất khi bạn đóng app hoặc quét lại. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền đọc ảnh/video bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt của thiết bị; app sẽ không quét được nữa nhưng không mất dữ liệu nào khác vì app không lưu gì thêm.
Trẻ em
PhotoCleaner không nhắm tới trẻ em và không thu thập có chủ đích dữ liệu của trẻ em. Quảng cáo hiển thị tuân theo chính sách của Google AdMob.
Thay đổi chính sách
Nếu chính sách này thay đổi, ngày hiệu lực ở trên sẽ được cập nhật và bản mới được đăng tại trang này trước khi thay đổi có hiệu lực.

Privacy Policy — PhotoCleaner
The short version
PhotoCleaner finds duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots and large videos in your library. The app has no account, and we — the developer — do not collect, receive, or store your photos or personal data on any server. All scanning runs on your device; photos are not uploaded anywhere. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect an advertising identifier and device data as described under Advertising below.
Data we collect
None — the developer does not directly collect any data. The app uses:
- Permission to read photos and videos: only to scan your library on-device and show thumbnails for you to preview before deleting. Photos do not leave your device for this feature.
- No user database, no account, and no developer server receiving data from the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows a banner ad on the results screen, provided by Google AdMob. Google, as the ad provider, may collect and process: the Advertising ID, device information, a truncated IP address, and ad interaction data, to deliver and measure ads under Google's policies. You can turn off ad personalization in your device settings (Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization) and manage regional ad consent when the app shows a consent dialog. Google's AdMob policies apply to that data; the developer does not control it and does not receive your photos through AdMob.
Permanent deletion and trash
"Move to trash" sends items to Android's system trash, where you can restore them while the system keeps them. "Delete permanently" removes items from your device after two confirmations (the app's and Android's) and cannot be undone. The app does not promise to recover permanently deleted photos, and keeps no copy to recover them for you.
Your rights and data deletion
Because the developer holds no data about you on a server, there is no server-side data to delete on request. On-device data (scan results within a session) exists only in the app and disappears when you close the app or scan again. You can revoke photo/video permission at any time in your device settings; the app will no longer be able to scan, and nothing else is lost because the app stores nothing else.
Children
PhotoCleaner is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's data. Ads shown follow Google AdMob's policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated and the new version will be posted on this page before the change takes effect.
