Xem Ngày Tốt
Auspicious Day Finder — by Occasion & Birth Year
Xem Ngày Tốt helps you pick a good day for an important occasion — and explains, line by line, why that day scores well or badly. Days are scored for the specific occasion and for your birth year, following the Vietnamese lunar calendar and the Ngọc Hạp Thông Thư tradition. No account needed; the core features work fully offline. The app is free and supported by Google AdMob ads.
Key features
- 12 occasions: weddings & engagements, grand openings, groundbreaking, roofing, housewarming, home renovation, contract signing, departures & travel, buying a vehicle, funerals & reburial, seeking fortune & collecting debts, and ceremonies
- Personalised by birth year — day scores take into account age compatibility (Tam Hợp, Lục Hợp, Lục Xung and related relations) and the day's elemental relation to you
- Transparent 0–10 scoring: every plus and minus is listed with its reason — the 12 Trực, the 28 lunar mansions (Nhị Thập Bát Tú), Hoàng Đạo / Hắc Đạo days and auspicious hours, helpful and harmful stars, and hard-avoid days such as Tam Nương, Nguyệt Kỵ and Dương Công
- Built on the Vietnamese lunar calendar (Hồ Ngọc Đức algorithm, UTC+7) — not the Chinese calendar — with tiết khí-based Trực calculation
- Month view with good/bad day markers, plus saved days with local reminders 1 or 7 days ahead
- Core features work 100% offline; free with Google AdMob ads (a small banner and capped interstitials)
Please note
Day selection in this app follows Vietnamese folk tradition and is provided for cultural reference and entertainment only. It does not guarantee the outcome of any event.
